"Build-It-Yourself" Leadership Academy
"Build-It-Yourself" Leadership Academy is a 6 week program to help the ladies begin on a never ending journey to create their own business or program to help build up something or someone in their community. The mission is to decrease the number of women suffering alone and increase the number of leaders in the communities to help one another and what better way than to create a program that helps women start programs, such as this one!
Each week will consist of learning something new about self strengths and purpose to add onto the building of ones own program.
We will grow and learn together the different ways that we would like to serve and give back in our communities. This will include learning to steward over our finances and funding of the programs, how to find resources and tools without the burden of anxiety, still taking care of oneself as we build, getting the education needed for the desired program and more!
As we help them start, each lady will be sent off with a mentor and take the proper steps needed to land the plane on their own. It will be a day at a time, step by step process, and the end goal is to strive for success in building up one another!
